What about when it’s not “ordinary conflict”? What about when we meet abusive conflict?

Over the holidays, Kids Church takes a break, but it’s not just for the teachers (although they do work hard and deserve a rest). This break is an opportunity for Reforming Kids too, and we designed it this way intentionally!

There is a book within the Bible that has been at hand for us and ready to help our hearts through every shade of human experience — from the heights of joy to the valley of death itself. That book is the Psalms.

Are you struggling in a season of everything happening around us, and in us? We pray that Psalm 42-43 is helpful for you, as it has always been for me.

If we’re honest with ourselves and each other, we all have a problem with words. We probably don’t have to think back too far to the last time that we were hurt by something that was said to us or how we sinned with our words against someone else.

What does it mean to glorify God? It takes me back to the 90’s. For back in the 90’s we had these things called photo albums.

For the rest of October we’ll dwell with our God by listening to his voice in these pastoral psalms.
